The benefits of our New Age Art can be enhanced by –
meditating on the artwork


Sit comfortably with your New Age Art in front of you at eye level and with your body aligned, centered and balanced. Close your eyes and relax. Imagine breathing in light. Imagine filling your whole body with the light. Then imagine breathing out the dark (all the negativity) from your body. Do this three times, or in repetitions of three. After a few minutes, bring your attention to the New Age Art. If thoughts enter your mind just let them pass, and gently bring your attention back to your New Age Art. You can meditate with your New Age Art as often and for as long as you like. As you become experienced with meditation you will look forward to the time you spend with yourself, for yourself.
